Birrieria PDX Madison

Ordered delivery from here twice. Literally everything we’ve tried was good. The Birria en Caldo I great for colder weather. Keto tacos were incredible.

Stopped for two machaca breakfast burritos as a second option, and found a new best place for a breakfast burrito! Service was pretty quick, machaca was cooked on point, and the ingredients were evenly distributed and tasty throughout. Their mild salsa is also excellent for breakfast time. Altogether a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

If I could give this place a 10 star I would! It’s that good. Got the regular burrito & the burrito PDX plus horchata & a cucumber drink. We liked it so much that we plan on coming back in a few days :) Very quick service & the staff was friendly. Even got our own concert from one of the cooks inside the food truck. This food truck lot went all out & added a great patio seating area for the customers. Don’t skip this food truck, you won’t be disappointed!!

Very good food. These Hot salsa, it's excellent the horchata so good. Quesatacos are very delicious.

The best birria I’ve ever had hands down. The consomme was also the best!! Highly recommend trying the PDX Sampler if it is your first time here. The Vampiro is my favorite because it is perfectly crunchy and crispy, chef’s kiss for sure! The hot sauces are so tasty and have the best kick. The pickled onions were so good too. Everything is super tasty and did not disappoint, just go try it NOW!!!

This place is awesome amazing flavor so many items on the menu worth trying found this place on my lunch break love it highly recommend! Friendly staff great music great patio free parking

FoodDelicious! Absolute Fire Birra Tacos! I decided I wanted Birra Taco’s today and, after reading so many different reviews I decided to go with Birriera PDX! My first order 5 piping hot Birra Tacos w/ so much flavor and, steamed tortillas, Consomme (was piping hot diced onions, cilantro, seasoned very well, it was thin consistency but, I felt it paired very well) and a Pepino (the most refreshing cucumber drink)! ServiceGreat! I was greeted immediately w/ smile and, it was few people behind me in line and, a few waiting. I let the owner know I haven’t been here before he didn’t rush me but, asked “what I liked”. I told him “I wanted the birra tacos” he said “it’s a special today” w/ it being it’s Taco Tuesday!!! I said I’ll take 5 to go. I asked him about the drinks he said told me which one he likes. I chose the cucumber (I love cucumbers) but, I’ll definitely try the passion fruit and mango he recommended next time!!! He said “ok I’ll will be 3-5 minutes” I said “20” he said no “3-5 minutes”! It was ready in 3 minutes!!! Yes it will definitely be a next time!!! I felt the portion were great for the sizes of the double tortillas and, I’ll be going on Tuesdays for now on (when I am craving it)! I can honestly say the flavors are still lingering on my tongue!!! Ambianceit’s really nice food truck w/covered clean seating (it’s about 5-6 large tables, picnic seating, with rolls of paper towels (you’re going to need them)! I decided to eat my meal there and, that was the best decision after I took those 5 down I ordered another 5 to go!!! Parking it’s a lot it’s another business in the lot but, it was plenty of parking! It’s located on a business street but, very calm driving and foot traffic! I would highly recommend you giving Birriera PDX a try if you want good tacos and great service!!!

Absolutely delicious authentic birrieria done in plenty of ways!! Well worth a stop if you’re close to one. The Madison location has a great staff!! Service was fresh, fast and friendly! Outdoor seating was a plus. Music playing, cold drinks (get the agua de pina or horchata!) Honestly what’s not to love?!
